Type C075
The single-beam modular
conveyor system called C075 is extremely flexible as regards
the weights and dimensions of conveyable products, possible
routing and speeds. Product dimensions may even be greater
than the width of the
chain (82.5 mm) provided this is, supported either directly
or with a pallet in between, adequately stable and guided.
Type C136
A modular system for conveyors with plastic chains in acetalic resin or RESAFON®, with width of mm 109.5 and 304.3. The system is composed by drive and idler units, conveyor beam in aluminium and and a wide range of curves and accessories for the containment the product conveyed.
Type w serie
The four W Series conveyor systems
are planned in order to offer a large range of applications.
Every model takes advantage of the principle of the modularity;
each component is planned in order to be installed easily.
The W Series consists of chains in plastic, which permits
various confi gurations, both horizontal and vertical.
The W Series concurs to use widths of chain that vary from
44 to 103 mm, for transport with max. width of 300 mm.
Type modular chain
Modular conveyor solutions are the optimal solution for the transport of products, with soft base and/or bulky and that need the stability that only a wide chain can offer.
PULSAR’s modular conveyors are the most suitable choice to connect packaging machines in the line end.
In the packaging, tissue and food industries our conveyors offer the best applications thanks to their flexibility and modularity!
The use of a chain with a wide open surface gives the possibility of cleaning it without compromising the stability and integrity of the product, above all for applications in accumulation, and of safeguarding
the operators’ safety.
Available with a chain width from 9” (228,4 milimeter) up to 24” (609,6 milimeter), straight conveyors can be made with 30° - 45° - 60° - 90° curves and with the possibility to mount all the components of the B-Flex line, like support guides, fixing brackets and aluminum profiles.
