The “bridge
way” is a manually activated unit that allows
the operator to cross the line. It is a section of the
transport line with variable length hinged at one end
so that it can be overturned in loco to allow passage.
The bridge way can be found along any type of transport
line for rolls, packs or bundles.
When it is in the working position line functions must
be restored.
The bridge way will be characterised by a number of
passage ways equal to that of the line into which it
is integrated.
Every bridge way unit has a position sensor/s. This
is used to control the status of the unit on re-start
of the line.
