Automation solutions

In the Automation Industry Pulsar has designed and installed:
- conveying systems for pallet handling
- semi-automatic assembly lines (eletrical components, batteries, condensers, mechanical components)
- alpine conveyors/accumulators for production lines
- connections among the machines

Pulsar’s systems have been applied to the car, mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic and textile industries.

Much attention is given to the Control and Management Systems of the lines:

- customised software to connect the PLC and the PC;
- integration of the processing or packaging machines with mechanical and electronic systems;
- supervision and processing of the production data of the machines;
- data collection regarding the production records and the causes of production loss;
- remote control of the systems via modem, with the assistance given by Pulsar’s technical engineers.
